All purchase are final and the product cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Despite the fact that our return policy is firm, if you have any problem with your purchase, we are happy to try to find a solution for you, please contact us with a description of the problem.
Optimo don’t offer discounts to individuals or organizations. We developed an equitable payment system with lower prices for families, packages and for each added style.
Whether you want to upgrade to a package, a complete family, or just want to add a single style, you will benefit from the best price as the amount of your initial order will be automatically deducted of the new purchase (within the same font family).
All Optimo fonts have been updated to the latest OpenType standards. If you are the owner of an Optimo license purchased before june 2011, you are eligable for a free update. Simply write us an email with your licence number, and we will send you the font files.
Our desktop licenses are not intended to be shared. The standard license allows the installation of a font software on 5 computers, these computers must be owned by the end-user's company and located in the same premises.
Everyone who uses the font software needs to have a license. Most of the time graphic designers or agencies are buying the license (end user), not the client. If the designer sells a template to the client that needs Optimo fonts to be installed, the client will have to purchase his own license. If an agency hires a freelance graphic designer or an outside contractor, for a project that uses a Optimo font, each entity will have to buy a license, remember that a license is not transferable.
If you can't generate PDF or Postscript files when you output your job, you are allowed to send a copy of the font to your printer or service bureau. After the job is complete, the license holder or the printer or the service bureau, must destroy the copy of the Font Software.
The WOFF file is encoded within the CSS file. We’re using base64-ed WOFFs to discourage users to direct download our font files. Base64 is a binary-to-text encoding scheme that represents binary data in an ASCII string format. To modify, alter, translate, convert, decode or reverse engineer in any manner whatsoever, including converting the Font Software into a different format and using OTF file with @font-face is strictly prohibited by our EULA.
You would like to upgrade to a pack, a family or add a new style to a previous purchase. You followed the instruction as explained in the ‘Buying fonts’ section but are still unsuccessfull.
Compare the ‘Licensing information’ fields with the one found on your previous order's invoice, be sure they match. Try again, if it still doesn't work, send us the copy of your previous invoice, with a short text that explains the problem, and the fonts you would like to buy.
